About me

My journey into design began long before I knew what UX was. Growing up, I was always drawn to creativity in various forms—whether it was interior design, fashion, or digital media. The idea of creating something from scratch that was both functional and visually appealing fascinated me. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Visual Arts, Animation, and Multimedia, where I explored everything from design history to animation, mastering tools like Adobe’s suite.

As I delved deeper into design, I realized that it wasn’t just about visuals—it was about improving user experiences. This curiosity led me to UI/UX design, where creativity meets technology to solve real-world problems. I quickly understood that design is not just about making things look good, but about making them intuitive and functional.

During my Master’s in UI/UX at NYIT, I learned to prioritize user needs over personal aesthetics. I shifted my mindset from designing for myself to designing for others. Through research-driven design and empathy, I’ve focused on simplifying complexity, especially in fields like fintech, healthcare, and insurance, where user interactions are often critical and high-stakes.

I believe functionality should always come first, with design enhancing the user experience. My goal is to create digital products that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, seamless, and meaningful. Whether it’s managing health records, booking services, or navigating financial tools, I’m passionate about designing experiences that empower users.

Outside of Work

When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen. Food has always been a huge part of my life, and living in New York has introduced me to a variety of new flavors, especially Thai cuisine. I love exploring new dishes, experimenting with ingredients, and enjoying the process of creating meals that bring people together. Cooking is my way of unwinding, and it’s always exciting to try new recipes or revisit old ones with a twist.
